I just had my procedure at BlueMagic Group, what can I say?
Very professional, very caring, very nice people at the clinic but my medical consultant only for her kind lovely
reassuring person she is I might not have went through with it, any questions call her any doubt call she made
it so easy for me from first day I speak with her to I returned home so now rest for me the next process is up to me.
I would like to say BlueMagic Group have been exceptional, my expectation was very high and did they deliver.
"YES THEY DID" beyond my expectations. I would firstly start with Juliana Koci who has been a goldmine for me who
understood my needs an expectation. Once I got to group, I was greeted with lovely Eda who welcomed me into blue
magic group so she was the first point of face of the team I saw. (a lovely smile :)) Eda stuck by me throughout my
time at the clinic. I've asked various question from small to big she had every answer I've asked. The team also was
very kind and professional. And kept offering me assistance. I also had a long chat with the CEO who i called him MR H,
who was amazing.
Last but not least the driver Talga was amazing picking an dropping me clinic and airport. Was amazing to for myself and family as that was very
important for me.

My experience with Blue Magic Group was great from the very beginning I was made to feel secure in my travels to
Istanbul by Phone, you just don’t know what to expect and a fool and his money is easily parted, my medical consultant,
filled me full of confidence and I felt committed, and pay my deposit, The next thing I knew I was being met at Istanbul
airport, being picked up brought to my hotel went exactly to plan, I complicated things by staying extra and with my son
for support, Blue Magic sorted it immediately with no hitches, The hotel is brilliant food good facilities good what can
I say!! No one bothers you and generally people are really nice!! I had two procedures one after the other and they went
perfectly the team that performed the procedure for brilliant experienced and professional in every respect, I was truly
looked after.
The day after my second procedure I had my Head washed and explained thoroughly what I had to do from now on in to look after my follicle implant!
I was offered to buy hair and head supplements and treatments which I purchased I think very necessary!! Even though I extended my stay Blue Magic

My name is Terry I live in England I have been thinking a long time about having a hair transplant done and a lot of searching to find the right company to do my hair transplant I find A company called blue Magic after speaking to Kristina from blue magic I knew that I had found the right one. Kristina has been like a personal assistant to me she has been there every step of the way and will be there for the end of the year to answer any questions or concerns I may have or to make sure that I am looking after my hair and if there is anything I need I had my final operation yesterday and it went really well everybody that works at blue magic was very professional caring kind everything went really smoothly and the results were better than anticipated instead of the 4300 graphs I was meant to have they managed to do 6200 graphs at no extra cost they also gave me all the after-care medication that I needed they have been so professional every step of the way great value for money the hotel they put me in was absolutely lovely and the people at the Delta hotel Marriott see people all the time with people having treatments done here like myself all the time and the staff in the hotel are very helpful too . I would highly recommend him if you’re thinking of having a hair transplant.
Losing my hair at such a young age, was never going to easy. This culminated, to a low self-esteem for the past decade. I had accepted this situation, and thought nothing can be rectified. However, I was wrong and this where Juliana came in the form of an Angel into my life. An exemplary person, along with her she bought Blue Magic Group. Before and after she was with me all the way, answering all my questions and not being too pushy. It has been nearly one month on from my transplant, I could already feel a difference on my appearance and myself. In hindsight, my only regret is not coming to Blue magic sooner as they are a reputable group with over 15 years in operation. I have delved, into many clinics’ in Turkey but Blue Magic by far has been a best decision. From transport pick up from the airport, to clinic and hotel has been tremendous. I honestly, can't fault anything from Juliana to everyone from Blue Magic Group. I have lost a decade of my beautiful thick and denser hair. But, I will continue to look forward with a smile as things will get better from now Inshallah. I can't wait for the progress as I will have to wait little bit longer.
